Special Announcement - Second Position Stand Published!

The CSEP's 2nd Position Stand "The use of instability to train the core in athletic and nonathletic conditioning" by Behm et al. has now been published in the February 2010 Applied Physiology, Nutrition and Metabolism (APNM).  It is preceded by an Introduction by Jonathon Fowles "What I always wanted to know about instability training".  This issue also contains the full literature review by Behm et al on this topic.  You may access the series of articles here (last four articles).  The Position Stand in English and in French will also be posted on the CSEP website for future consultation.
