Canada's Physical Acitivity Guides help you make wise choices about physical activity. They are produced by the Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) and the CSEP.
There are four different Physical Activity Guides, as well as a number of support resources that go with each one. You can download PDF copies from the links below, or you can order free hard copies of the guide from PHAC on this page, or order them by telephone, toll-free from 1-888-334-9769.
