How do I log in to the CSEP Online Member Directory

• Visit www.csepmembers.ca/login or click on "Member Login" at the top of this page.
• If you don't know your password, click on "Forgot Password?" Enter the e-mail address that is in your profile. This is the address where you receive the monthly Communiqué newsletter from CSEP.
• Check your spam folder if you do not see the password reminder message.
• Note: hotmail blocks many of the automated messages from the CSEP Online Member Directory, without notifying you or CSEP. If you have another e-mail address, we suggest you change your profile accordingly. If you can't log in because of this error, contact support@csep.ca
• If you are still having problems logging in, please e-mail support@csep.ca for assistance. Include your name and membership/certification category (Active, Student, CSEP CEP or CSEP CPT)

Why isn't my name listed in the directory?

• Log in and click on "My Profile" to update your profile. Make sure to click the checkboxes at the right to display your profile information to the public and/or to other members. You can customize which information is visible to whom.
• Make sure that your name, city, category and contact information is visible, otherwise potential clients won't be able to find or contact you!
• Once your profile changes are approved, you will be able to find yourself in the directory at www.csepmembers.ca

How do I change my subscription to the journal Applied Physiology, Nurtiotion & Metabolism?

• All members, except for CSEP Certified Personal Trainers, receive a free subscription to the journal with their membership. The journal is sent to the address in your CSEP Online Member Directory profile.
• CSEP Certified Personal Trainers can subscribe to the journal at the discounted annual rate of $20 (plus tax). Phone 1-877-651-3755 x 226 and have your credit card number available.
• You will not receive journals if your profile in the CSEP Online Member Directory is expired or if you have the "Address Unkonwn" category in your profile. Your profile does not need to be visible to the public to receive the journal.
• Eligible CSEP members can also view the online archives of the journal, back to 1993, at http://apnm.nrc.ca . The username and password to access the articles is provided separately by CSEP.
• To cancel your hard copy subscription (i.e. if you only want to read the journal online), please e-mail support@csep.ca with your request. Include your name and address for verification.
